The African Health Sentinel is a daily intelligence briefing covering healthcare developments in Africa and low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). It is published by EvolveChain Healthcare Ltd, a Global Business Company registered in Mauritius (company number 210170).
The briefing is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, medical, legal, investment, or professional advice of any kind. You should not act or refrain from acting on the basis of any content in the briefing without seeking appropriate professional counsel.
2. Subscription Tiers
The African Health Sentinel is available in two tiers:
Free tier: Subscribers receive a daily email containing headline summaries of the briefing. Access to the full briefing via the web viewer is not included.
Professional tier ($19.99/month or $179.99/year): Subscribers receive the daily email and have full access to the complete briefing via the web viewer at intel.evolvechainhealthcare.com, including the archive of past briefings.
Additional tiers (Team, Enterprise) may be introduced in future. Pricing and features for each tier will be clearly communicated at the point of subscription.
3. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. For buyers in the United States, the merchant of record is Paddle.com Inc. (54 W. 40th St., New York, NY 10018, USA). For buyers in all other jurisdictions, the merchant of record is Paddle.com Market Limited (incorporated in England and Wales, company number 8172165, registered office at Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London, EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom). Paddle is the seller of record for all paid subscriptions, handles all payment processing, and calculates, collects, and remits applicable sales tax, VAT, and GST in each jurisdiction where it is owed. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. All prices are stated in US Dollars (USD). Paddle processes all payment transactions. EvolveChain Healthcare Ltd does not store or have access to your credit card or bank account details.
4. Free Trial
New Professional subscribers may be offered a 10-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable fee.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation. All subscriptions are managed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. To cancel your subscription, use the subscription management link on your Paddle-issued receipt, or contact Paddle directly via paddle.net. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Professional tier until the end of your current billing period. After your billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free tier.
Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle’s published Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection law. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, typically within 14 days of purchase or renewal. Consumers resident in jurisdictions with statutory cancellation rights benefit from those rights, subject to the usual exceptions for digital content once accessed. To request a refund, contact Paddle directly via paddle.net.
